IMS was hired by this large home builder to handle its marketing work. Projects include a multi-faceted campaign to introduce Parkview Square at Verrado and Tierra del Rio communities which included direct mail, websites, collateral and radio advertising. Additionally, we identified and opportunity and conceptualized a campaign called Efficient-C to position Centex as the leader in conservation-conscious building. The campaign includes collateral, direct mail, radio advertising, a kick-off event, public relations, special premiums, trade show support, internal communications, sales training and more. We handle sales promotion and many other special event communications and management. IMS is their go-to group for communications and marketing.
IMS led the company’s branding, franchisee and corporate communications, events, and videos. IMS also served as an advisor on strategy.
IMS was selected by entrepreneur, Andrea Benner, to create the brand messaging platform, voice and tone for her new innovative business concept: a virtual sale rack for high-end designer shoes. IMS also developed copy for the website and email marketing communications to position and launch the brand.
Emergency Restoration Experts is a disaster recovery company that cleans up homes and businesses after fires, floods and other disasters. It turned to IMS for help positioning the brand for further regional expansion. We conducted a brand audit and crafted the foundational messaging. Based on our findings and recommendations, we will create their new brand identity, graphical imagery and new website. We also developed an integrated marketing communications plan to further strengthen the brand and escalate its presence in the marketplace. Implementation work continues.

We performed a brand audit and created the foundational messaging to uncover and set the company apart from the host of financial management firms. Based on the foundational messaging, we created a new brand identity and imagery, and a new website. Kathy Heasley has been a member of the Arizona chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) for three years. She is a member of the EO International Communications Advisory Board and is currently serving in her second term as Communications Chairperson for EO Arizona. During her term, Kathy and the IMS team have developed and managed all chapter communications materials, including a weekly electronic news update and moderator hot sheet. IMS also pioneered the very first EO Communicator—an electronic news vehicle—that is sent out to members bimonthly and provides them with a quick glance at news and what's coming up locally and globally throughout EO.
Canada's leading financial education and investment company, Fast Track to Cash Flow, hired IMS to help position the company as it continues to expand its service offerings. IMS conducted the brand audit to uncover and further define the company's point of difference. We then created foundational messaging and a new brand platform from which all future marketing initiatives will be based. Other work includes new brand identity and imagery, a new website and an integrated marketing communications plan.
IMS is working with this local wealth management firm to enhance and grow its position in the Greater Phoenix market. We developed the marketing strategy and tactical plan including a new website, sales and marketing collateral, advertising, internet marketing, etc.
This aircraft interior and exterior refurbishing company hired IMS to position the brand for regional expansion and future growth. IMS conducted a brand audit and crafted the foundational messaging. Entrepreneurial commercial and residential painting company, Liberty West Painting, is rapidly growing and turned to IMS to help take it to even higher levels. We performed a brand audit and created the foundational messaging to uncover and further define the company's points of difference. Based on the foundational messaging, we will create new brand identity and imagery, and map out its marketing strategy with a breakthrough marketing communications plan.
IMS developed their annual corporate messaging for the franchisee community and handles their annual franchise conference including all aspects of communications program development around this event.
This international consultancy works with financial services companies to help align their sales organizations and increase sales results. Their client list reads like a who’s who of the financial world including DWS Scudder, Deutsche Bank, John Hancock and many more. They chose IMS to develop a new brand for them that more fully reflects their position in the industry. We performed a foundational messaging study and helped the company principals define the true services and benefits that it provides. We guided them on how to position themselves within the industry, how to message the company and ultimately developed the graphical imagery around that. We developed their new website, capabilities collateral and launch kit that they will send to current clients and future prospects.
A multi-family housing real estate investment and management firm, MC Companies, came to IMS for help rebranding and marketing the organization. We conducted a comprehensive brand audit, and created foundational messaging to define the company's distinct position and voice. Based on the foundational messaging, we developed the company's logo, imagery , and website. We also developed an integrated breakthrough marketing communications plan to take the company to the next level.
This brand was conceptualized, researched and positioned by IMS for entrepreneur Nicholas Aretakis who wanted to develop a book series to help 20-somethings make the leap from college to the real world. The first book in the series is called No More Ramen: The 20-something's real world survival guide. IMS also ghost wrote the book, developed the cover, created the website and handled the launch public relations which garnered interest in major news dailies like the Washington Post. The book won the 2006 U.S. Book News Best Book Award in the college category and was a finalist in the business category. It also was a finalist in the June 2007 Benjamin Franklin Awards.
IMS worked with Parker Finch Management to enhance and grow the company's unique position as the only franchised professional community association management company in North America. Our work includes foundational messaging, marketing strategy and integration, creation of innovative sales and franchise development tools and website enhancements. Additionally, we are supporting Parker Finch Management with messaging and marketing tools to drive a key corporate strategic alliance with enormous growth and profit potential.
IMS was originally hired by the nation's largest garage enhancement company to concept, plan and produce its 2007 Annual Franchise Conference. Following the event, PremierGarage hired IMS to be its virtual marketing department. The first order of business was to conduct consumer research to get a pulse on how customers feel about PremierGarage. We then performed a comprehensive brand audit and recommended new brand positioning that better connects the product experience with the consumer. IMS developed and is currently implementing the 2008 PremierGarage Strategic Marketing Plan. Some key initiatives include websote development, TV and radio advertising, print advertising, direct mail, internet marketing, national promotions and public relations.
Full service employment and search firm, Renaissance Personnel, hired IMS to help position and grow the company. IMS conducted a brand audit and crafted the foundational messaging to uncover and define the company's unique point of difference. We developed an integrated marketing communications plan to help Renaissance realize their short and long term goals. IMS developed a new logo and brand identity based on the foundational messaging. We also will develop a new website, sales collateral, internal communications, advertising, etc.
IMS developed and ghost wrote for author Ken McElroy one book in the Rich Dad Poor Dad series called The ABCs of Real Estate Investing. The book has appeared on the BusinessWeek Best Seller List and others for nearly two years. We are in the process of conceptualizing, positioning and ultimately ghostwriting a book on commercial real estate investing for real estate investor, Craig Coppola, which will be published under the Rich Dad Advisor brand in 2008. We also served as editors for Rich Woman, the best seller written and published by Kim Kiyosaki which launched a new brand for the company. Currently, we are working with Robert Kiyosaki and Kim Kiyosaki on their new books, as well as brand development and franchising for the Rich Dad Company.
Summit Builders is the 9th largest construction contractor in Arizona and 12th largest in the Southwestern United States. Summit Builders entrusted IMS for help enhancing its internal culture and better prepare its 150-plus member team to meet the demands of growth. We conducted an internal brand audit including an employee culture survey, and recommended a course of action based on our findings. Future work includes a comprehensive internal communications plan.
