Airpark Marketing Communications Firm Brings Two Home
IMS, Inc., a Scottsdale-based communications firm, announced today that it won two 2007 Telly Awards for work produced for its client, Cold Stone Creamery. IMS took the Bronze for Cold Stone’s Serve the Customer video in the “Employee Communications” category and another Bronze for Cold Stone’s Make-A-Wish Alliance video in the “Fund Raising” category.
The Cold Stone Creamery Serve the Customer video showcases the delights of a Cold Stone experience in the busy lives of people all around the globe. It also inspired the Cold Stone franchisee and employee community to embrace the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. The Make-A-Wish Alliance video shares a glimpse into the lives of three Make-A-Wish children and thanks the Cold Stone community for their strong financial support to the important work of the Make-A-Wish foundation.
